TRAVEL FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
In Monroeville, PA - NO travel charge
From 20-40 miles outside of Monroeville, PA - $30
41-200 miles outside of Monroeville - $1 per mile travel charge
201-500 miles outside of Monroeville if sleepover is required - $1.50 per mile travel charge
501-850 miles outside of Monroeville - 1.25 per mile travel charge
851-1000 miles outside of Monroeville - $1 per mile travel charge if one night stay, $1.25 per mile if two nights stay is required
1001-1500 miles outside of Monroeville - $.85 per mile travel charge if one night stay, $1.10 per mile if two nights stay is required
1501-2000 miles outside of Monroeville - $.65 per mile travel charge if one night stay, $.75 per mile if two nights stay is required
2001-2500 miles outside of Monroeville - $.55 per mile travel charge if one night stay, $.60 per mile if two nights stay is required
